Dental Malpractice Verdict
On March 25, 2010 A Bronx Jury awarded a plaintiff $275,000.00 injured as the result of an injection performed on the lower left side of his mouth prior to a root canal of tooth number 19. The dentist damaged the plaintiffs left lingual nerve during a mandibular block injection. As a result the plaintiff’s left lip became numb and remained numb to this date. The jury found that the injection was given improperly and was the cause of the injury. During the administration of the injection the plaintiff felt an electric shock sensation, in spite of this sensation the dentist continued to administer the injection. Albert W. Chianese was the trial attorney for the plaintiff.

Thanks a lot for giving everyone an extraordinarily nice chance to read from this web site. It is often so ideal plus jam-packed with a good time for me and my office peers to search your blog a minimum of three times a week to see the new issues you have. And of course, we’re at all times astounded concerning the powerful thoughts served by you. Certain 1 points on this page are truly the very best I have had.
