Experienced New York City Dental Malpractice Attorney
Thomas P. Reilly obtained his undergraduate degree from
Molloy College in Rockville Centre. In 2001, he
graduated from Hofstra University School of Law and
passed the July Bar exam. He was admitted in April of
2002 to the New York State Bar.
He has been associated with Chianese & Reilly Law since
his second year of law school in 1999 when he began
working as a law clerk at the predecessor firm of
McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese. In 2016, Mr. Reilly
became a partner in the firm of Chianese & Reilly Law.
Mr. Reilly has extensive litigation experience in all
New York metropolitan area courts, handling matters from
inception to verdict. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, he was
named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers New York Metro
Edition, an award reserved for 2.5% of attorneys. In
2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 he was named as a Super
Lawyer in the New York Metro Edition in the area of
plaintiff medical malpractice.
He has successfully settled and tried dental malpractice
cases and successfully argued multiple cases in the
Appellate Courts of the State of New York. His focus is
in the area of dental malpractice, construction
accidents, and
personal injury matters.
Over the years Mr. Reilly has handled a large number of
dental malpractice matters, including lingual nerve paraesthesia, trigeminal
neuralgia injuries, mental nerve, and inferior alveolar
nerve injuries, dental neglect, and poor restorative
dentistry.
Tom is also admitted to the United States District
Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York. He is a member of the New York State Bar
Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, and Nassau County
Bar Association.
When he is not in the office, Mr. Reilly enjoys spending
time with his family, which includes coaching his
son's little league and football team, watching his
daughter play soccer and attending numerous school
events, including his son's oboe and violin concerts.
